Terms of Service

Last updated · Privacy Policy

This document is provided in English.

Please read these terms before using DeepInterview. They explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how plans and refunds work.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Pham Van Ngoan, who operates DeepInterview at https://deepinterview.today (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at support@deepinterview.today if you suspect someone else has used your account. One person per account; accounts may not be shared or resold. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. What the Service is, and isn't

DeepInterview lets you practise job interviews with an AI interviewer and get feedback. It is a practice tool.

  • We do not guarantee any interview result, job offer or hiring outcome.
  • Questions, voice, scores and reports are generated by AI and can be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent. Use your own judgement.
  • Nothing in the Service is professional career, legal, immigration or financial advice.
  • Company research comes from public web sources and may be out of date.

We work to keep the Service available but may change, suspend or discontinue features, and planned or unplanned downtime can happen.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload anyone else's CV or personal data without their permission;
  • use the Service to break the law, harass anyone, or create harmful, hateful or sexual content;
  • scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service, or access it through automated means other than features we provide;
  • get around usage limits, plan caps, rate limits or security measures, including by opening multiple accounts;
  • probe, attack or overload the Service, or reverse engineer the hosted Service;
  • resell or sublicense access to the Service.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, including without notice where needed to protect the Service or other users.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you provide: your CV, job descriptions, answers and the reports generated for you. You give us a limited, worldwide licence to host, process and transmit that content, including through the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, only to run and improve the Service for you and to keep it secure. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.

You confirm you have the right to share the content you upload. Report links you choose to share can be opened by anyone who has the link.

7. Plans, payments and refunds

Paid plans and interview credits are sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payment, issues invoices and handles sales tax, and its Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

  • Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page at the time you buy.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • Plan limits (such as interviews per month) reset each period and do not roll over. Purchased credits are used after your plan's monthly interviews.
  • Refunds: you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase if you have used no more than 1 interview from it. Email support@deepinterview.today. This does not limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods; we will tell you before a change affects your subscription.

8. Open-source software

The core of DeepInterview is open source under the Apache License 2.0 at github.com/ngoanpv/DeepInterview. That licence governs the source code. These terms govern the hosted Service we operate, including its accounts, paid features and data handling.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@deepinterview.today. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the Service; if we discontinue a paid plan, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI output, or uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost opportunities, profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes go to the competent courts of Vietnam, unless the consumer protection law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will revise the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
