Build a screen
Paste the job description to draft questions and a weighted rubric. Edit them, then lock the screen so every candidate gets exactly the same interview.
Invite candidates
Add candidates one by one or paste a list. Each gets a personal link by email, with one reminder if they haven't started.
Review a ranked list
Candidates are ranked by weighted score and coverage. Open any report for per-competency scores and evidence, add notes, then shortlist, hold or reject.

The interviewer asks your locked questions verbatim and in order, and won't skip or change them when asked.
Blind to who the candidate is
The AI never sees a candidate's name, email or CV. It only hears their answers.

Questions
Do candidates need an account?
No. They open their personal link, agree to the AI interview, check their microphone and start, all in the browser.
Which languages are supported?
English and Vietnamese. Each screen runs in one language, so every candidate gets the same interview.
Can I write my own questions?
Yes. Start from the AI draft or write your own, add follow-ups, and set competency weights before you lock the screen.
Who can see the results?
Only members of your workspace. Recruiters see screens and candidates; admins also manage members, settings and credits.
How long do you keep candidate data?
You choose a retention period from 30 to 730 days (180 by default). Candidates past it are deleted automatically.
